Come relax with your family and friends at this private and centrally located home situated on Ryder Pond. 15 mins to Mt. Snow for skiing, 5 mins to Harriman Reservoir for kayaking, paddle-boarding and swimming. EV charger in garage. Take a dip in our hot tub after a long day, watch the sunset from our beautiful deck, relax while surrounded by 20 acres of beautiful land. 7 min drive to downtown Wilmington for great dining, shopping and cafes. Try the local maple syrup/homemade ice cream and enjoy the outdoors!

This was our annual snowboarding trip and our first family trip to Mount Snow. Proximity to the mountain was a must. Just about 20 mins to the mountain and 10 to the town. The house provided everything we needed and more. A hot tub was a must, and with three separate living areas we were certainly comfortable. Communication with the hosts was so easy and they made us feel at home. My only regret is that we didn’t have more days to fully explore the property and the nearby towns.
