Located in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $375 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. *****NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS***** Come enjoy this stunning ground floor condo built in 2020 which is perfectly situated just a quick walk from the heart of Ocean City's famous boardwalk and beaches. Designer finishes throughout include luxury vinyl plank floors complimented by white quartz counters and soft-close cabinetry. Stainless appliances, a blue steel backsplash and wainscoting complete a luxurious nautical tone perfect for your beach vacation. Enjoy the Sea Breeze on the covered front patio with privacy offered by solid half-wall.. This spectacular condo is located just 1.5 blocks from the beach/boardwalk with only one street to cross, has an outdoor shower for your convenience and open living space as well as off-street parking for 3 cars. We offer an amazing number of amenities including full linen service which is very rare on OCNJ! To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. We will email the rental agreement and you will review and electronically sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first payment. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning / linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned after 7 business days of your checkout). To reserve your week, we will need the following information for the short-term rental agreement: - Name(s) you want on the rental agreement - Copy of individual's drivers license - Home address - Home and cell phone numbers - List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach house Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free and we do not allow pets. Absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new home. We include full linen service, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath towels as well as beach tags!

This property was clean, bright, and the perfect layout for our family. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with, the accommodations exceeded our expectations, and the location was perfect for us - close to the boardwalk, shopping, and family. This place is every bit as good as it looks, very well appointed and prepared by the owners. We had a great stay and they were flexible and allowing us to extend since they had the day available. Good communication throughout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and well kept and location was incredible. It was so easy to walk to the beach/boardwalk or to Asbury for shops and restaurants. Also appreciated the extras that were included like the towels, beach chairs, beach caddy and toys. My kids especially enjoyed the assortment of games. Owners were always responsive and sent plenty of information regarding check in/out procedures ahead of time. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Ocean City!

We were thrilled with our stay. Check in and check out was a breeze. The place was clean with new appliances, great furniture. There was tons of stuff we don’t normally expect with shore rentals - linen service, beach cart, beach chairs and toys, etc. The outdoor shower was enclosed and heated. We bring our bikes and being able to put them in the garage was so convenient. The owners were great about everything and responded to messages right away. Great location - close to the boardwalk and beach. We definitely plan to return.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful residence in Ocean City New Jersey. Location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and convenient to Asbury Avenue. Place was immaculate with all the amenities you could hope for. Management company was very responsive to any issues we had. We were concerned about some excessive noise in unit above but it was immediately addressed by the management company and our neighbors upstairs were wonderful people and responded immediately and apologetically for the noise. Would highly recommend this rental unit.

This has to be one of the cleanest places I have stayed at on VRBO. The location is amazing, perfect for a family with all ages young and old. The fact that they provide the Linens, towels, beach stuff and beach towels made it like a hotel stay. You only have to show up with a bag. I will be booking with them again and look forward to seeing some of thier other properties as well!

Over the years we have stayed in many homes in Ocean City and this home was perfect for our large family of 6 and close friends. Its central location was much appreciated for our sandy walks back from the beach and pushing exhausted toddlers after a night on the boards. The property was clean and well maintained. Having the towels (both beach and bath) as well as linens for all the beds helped ease the stress of needing to packing ‘everything’. There were outlet covers (we appreciated this traveling with a 12mo old and 3yr old), a booster seat for the kitchen chairs, plenty of games to help pass the time on a rainy afternoon, a nice supply of beach toys/chairs etc & nightlights in the bedrooms. If you are traveling with your family this home has all the comforts of home! We highly recommend!

If you're looking for a clean, beautiful, and convenient vacation rental, I highly recommend this property. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the attention to detail and the immaculate condition of the home. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, this rental was a fantastic choice and we would definitely stay here again.
