Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, grill up some dinner at the BBQ courtyard, relax in the zen garden, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities. The place was clean. And the host is very quick to respond. All the appliances worked and were in good condition. The decor was very appealing, nice calming/soothing colors. They provide a lot of hangers in the closets. I had to go buy paper towels, toilet paper, & salt & pepper, which have normally been provided in other VRBO places I’ve rented. There are no dressers or chest of drawers in the bedrooms. Maybe if you’re just staying for a night, it’s not so bad, but ours was a 4 night stay and we had to rummage through our bags everyday. Also, if you have asthma or allergies to smoke…and it’s not the VRBO owners fault…but the guy that lives downstairs smokes cigars on his porch and the smoke gets stuck in the stairs/hallway going into the condo. I’m asthmatic, so this was a problem for me. Also, if you’re going to use the pool, I’d suggest bringing your own towels. The towels here are sparse and they only have one kitchen towel. Other than that, it was a nice place. The cigar smoking fellow on the bottom level was very friendly. Loved the surroundings, lots of people walking their pooches. And the hot water is to die for! But be careful with it. If you turn the knob all the way it will scald you…but that’s my favorite kind of hot water.
