Nestled in Quincy, this attractive condo for $199 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. - A spacious apartment: newly renovated unit with 4 bedrooms that definitely be an excellent choice for friends, families and colleagues! The apartment is on the 3rd floor. - Super convenience: + steps away from a bus station +10 minutes to walk to the MBTA subway. + easy access to Fenway Park, Harvard Square, Boston Common and the airport + especially there are a lot of restaurant nearby that you can try all kind of cuisine - Family friendly: + With up to 8 beds and 4 bedrooms, every single family member can stay at one place. - We are very serious about registering the proper number of guests on Vrbo's platform, unregistered guests will be not allowed to stay. We keep the right to check the number of guests staying in our house if needed. We have a security camera system to control this. The house can accommodate up to 14 guests at a time. But we will open the bedroom based on the number of guests you registered on Vrbo. - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS...VIOLATIONS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. **NO Parties or Events**, including bachelor or bachelorette groups. Quiet time after 10:00pm. Please be respectful to the neighborhood, no loud talking is allowed on decks after 10:00 PM. Please note, if you are loud after quiet hours or caught having unannounced guests over, your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded. **Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables and that, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise. -Any visit from the local police department will result in immediate eviction without refund. **Please check house rules listed above, you are agreeing to all of them above when you make the reservation** There are security cameras OUTSIDE ONLY around the house for safety reason (entrance, parking, back yard if yes)

Very clean place to stay. Check in was super easy and the host was very kind.

We loved the stay. There were enough room for my thirteen coworkers and myself. It was spacious, and Jenny was easy to gain contact with! The property was clean as well! Can't wait to stay again.

Had family gathering in prime location to Uber to downtown Boston, JFK library and the Seaport area. Apartment is very clean and worked for our party of 7 well.
Host message states that they open the rooms by number in your party. Two rooms accommodate 2 people each and two have bed space for 5 each. So just make sure that you let host know if you expect all four rooms to be available and open. Host was great to contact and communicate with and did quickly get me the info to open the fourth room for our party of 7.
Very happy with clean environment and safe neighborhood. Grocery store close by and never waited longer than 10 minutes for Ubers.
This is a third floor apartment with step narrow stairs that can be hard for an older adult to climb.
Overall very happy with this VRBO and would return.

We enjoyed this place to stay. We got lost going there because there is the same address in a different part of town. So double check the address with the zip code when you put it into GPS or order an Uber. The building was a little rough looking on the outside, but the inside was updated and looked great. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building with a very steep flight of stairs to climb. The neighborhood was fine. Nothing special, but we felt safe and it was pretty close to the things we wanted to do. It was clean. The hostess was easy to communicate with. The bed in room 2 was pretty uncomfortable. The mattress was thin and we could feel the springs. Our friends slept in room 1 and I do not know if that one was more comfortable or not. The sheets were low quality and could use an upgrade. Overall, this was a good place to stay and we would stay there again. Thank you for hosting us, Jenny!

Parking a hassle- people parking in front took both spots; parking in back was hard with a mini van with dumpsters to navigate around. More seating in living room is needed for larger groups. Only 2 out of 4 tvs worked

We enjoyed our stay- nice apartment and location was convenient!

1. the entry door lock did not lock. very scared to sleep at night or leave our stuff there.
2. the beds were uncomfortable. mattresses were thin and you would feel box springs come through
3. the back door entry way had a very loose floor board which caused a guest to fall
4. the sheets smelled like wet mildew
5. the bedding was very mediocre
6. there were no coffee cups
7. there was a few broken kitchen drawers
8. coffee pot filter looked old and we were afraid to use

We were very comfortable with our stay. There were beds for all 8 of us in three bedrooms. The biggest challenge is getting to the third floor, but it was well worth getting to the top. We ended up driving and parking where we wanted to go; it wasn’t too far. The washer and dryer were good, but it’s a walk down to the basement, all doable. I recommend staying here.

"There is no free lunch in America!"...Lemme start with the good:
-Reasonable option for being within city limits
-Most reasonable price given that Boston is an incredibly expensive city to stay in
-Excellent communication with the property manager
The not so great aspects were:
-The property manager remotely controlled the temperature so it got a bit old constantly having to reach out to her to have them adjust the temperature. We are grown adults with our own homes--we understood that you are trying to manage costs but that was a point of frustration foe our guests amd they complaines bitterly about rhat throughout the trip
-None of the bathrooms had handicap accessible bars in the showers, which for two of our guests they suggested that this be added for safety purposes since they would have benefitted from this
-The rude and super loud guests below us were not a great addition but the propeety manager assured us that they were teying to manage that situation
-Do not use the middle washer and dryer unit-- it may be the reason why the tenants below you accuse you for using their units, evsn though you had no idea since it was not labeled

This apartment is a gem. It is clean, well-lit, and spacious, with porches in the front and the back. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly.
Communication with the owner is exceptional. She is very responsive and helpful. I thought that I left behind some valuable jewelry and she went to great lengths to help me look for the jewelry after we had checked out. Highly recommended.
As a bonus, there is a remarkable bakery, Via Cannuccia, which is a 14-minute walk from the house. On the weekend, it has the best croissant/brioche/coffee, and much more, offerings that I have see in a long time.

The neighborhood was conveniently located close to downtown and easily accomodates a large group. We appreciated the responsiveness of the Owner when we had questions or needed support. Other families live on the two other floors so definitely not a party house.

It was a great stay. It was an affordable way to spend the weekend in Boston with a large group. Ubers and taxis were affordable and available I would definitely stay here again. Jenny was also very communicative when needed. I recommend!

The apartment is nice. It's on the 3rd floor so the view was pretty cool to see so far around us. 2 patios is a great feature. Its really great that some toiletries were in the apartment for us to use. Parking in back is nice but it couod be cleaner back there. All in all we had a good time. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a doctor appointment at the Eye & Ear Inst and it was an easy drive there and back. Initially I was concerned that the apartment was too far from downtown Boston but it turned out to be a perfect location. Management was very helpful and prompt to return any calls or texts. Property was a great size, very clean and updated, and met all our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here while visiting my daughter and helping her get settled. The beauty of this place was a welcome after a busy day of moving and exploration. The traffic and roads in Boston were difficult by gps saved the day!

I stayed here with a group of friends. The property was clean and all the rooms and amenities were as expected. Our host was responsive and provided plenty of information and answered all of my questions quickly. Would stay here again/would recommend!

We had a lovely time at this property, Jenny was great to work with. The beds and sheets were all very nice and comfortable and the towels were big, fluffy and very absorbent! Everything is modern and updated, we enjoyed having a front and back deck. A few tiny wish list household items I would have liked to have would have been coffee mugs (glass cups are available), baking sheets, and towel hooks on the bathroom doors BUT the home offered soap, dish detergent, dishwasher tabs, and the shampoo and bath wash in the showers was very much appreciated and a nice convenience! The property is a straight, short walk (12-15 mins) to the red line (Fields Corner Station), and then only a 5 or 6 stops to get into the heart of Boston - we felt very safe as a family with 2 kids. We went to Fenway, to the Cape and Nantucket and felt very centrally located. I would highly recommend a stay at this property!

Overall the unit is as described. There were a few broken items, kitchen draws, bedroom sliding closet and dishwasher was loose and not fastened to the counter but overall it was a good stay. The unit was very clean upon arrival.
Great communication with the property manager/owner. Very prompt and responsive to questions. We had 8 people from ages 8 to 82 and we used this as a "base" for our trip. We had a great time on our vacation.

The property did not have any heat. We had to use the stove to heat the unit. We notified the owners and got no response.
