Avesta Apartments is a wonderful vacation resort near the excellent sandy beach of Agios Nikolaos in Vasilikos, Zakynthos, consisting of three maisonettes – Iokasti, Alkmini and Niriida.
Each maisonette features a stylish wooden roof, is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Niriida Maisonette measures 60 sq.m and offers a double sofa bed on the ground floor, as well as fully equipped kitchenette and dining area along with a bathroom with shower. The upper floor features a queen sized bed, a single bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Both maisonettes Alkmini and Niriida, share a veranda (separated with a divider).
*The Climate Resilience Tax of 8 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.
