About this house rental
Nestled in the heart of a lush estate with a small château, your vacation home offers a 300 m² private garden and free access to the landscaped park spanning several hectares. Located at the entrance to the seaside resort of Bénodet, you're just a few minutes' walk or bike ride from the beaches, promenade, cafes, restaurants, shops, casino, and thalassotherapy center.
Bénodet charms with its exceptional location at the mouth of the Odet, considered the most beautiful river in Brittany. Between family-friendly beaches and surf spots facing the Atlantic, the resort offers a relaxed atmosphere, with palm trees and the pleasant climate of South Finistère.
Numerous activities await you: aquatic center, golf, thalassotherapy, seaside strolls, or crossing the bridge to the charming port of Sainte-Marine. The region also boasts many sites to discover: the Pays Bigouden and its fishing ports, Concarneau and its walled town, Pont-Aven and its art galleries, and Quimper and its rich heritage.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Youth groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. No dog allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Limited WiFi reception. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted

Family trip, three nights. This place made it easy for us to settle in. The kids loved the large garden while we enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable and quiet, which helped everyone recharge after busy days exploring nearby beaches.
