About this apartment rental
Located close to the entrance of the park, all condos share a gallery style front porch. This is a 435 sq.ft. condo. You can totally relax and enjoy nature while enjoying all the modern amenities! Comfortable sitting area, fireplace, furnished kitchen, large picture window, bathroom with shower/tub combo, and one bedroom with one king size bed. Trout pond fishing is included with your reservation. This condo is available year-round.

There was some confusion as I made the reservation and we appreciated the host helping us straighten that out. The staff were friendly and helpful and the view from our porch was wonderful with mountains on three sides and geese swimming in the pond. The living room furniture and the king bed were very comfortable too. However, the kitchen counter space was tiny and the dining chairs were uncomfortable because they need new cushions. The lighting in the living room-kitchen area was very dim making it hard to prepare meals or to read. Also the built-in grab bar in the tub was so loose that my husband slipped as he was getting out the first night. A maintenance man made a temporary repair on it the next day which we appreciated.

Positives - Condo was clean and bed was super comfortable. Cost per night was very affordable. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Red River runs next to the property. Negatives - tons of RV's, kids, dogs (some barking day/night). We plan on returning!

It was a nice location and the staff were very helpful. The only issue we had was that it was advertised to have laundry on site, but the laundry facilities are not available during the winter. This means we had to drive 2 miles to town to find laundry facilities.
