There's a full kitchen at your disposal, full set of dishes, flatware, glasses, serving dishes and cookware to help you feel right at home. A washer and dryer are also available for your use and convenience. Centrally located in a family oriented suburb of Mission Kansas less than 15 minutes away from Country Club Plaza, and a short uber ride to Westport, Downtown KC, Power and Light, T Mobile Center, Arrowhead/Kauffman Stadiums, and Union Station. Guest Access: The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The Neighborhood: Located in a neighborhood that boasts tree lined streets and unique homes. Guests may enjoy a walk and will find friendly neighbors, kids playing, and folks enjoying front porches. Its proximity to downtown and other local amenities makes it the ideal location from from which you can enjoy metro Kansas City/Overland Park/Mission and the surrounding areas (without the hustle and bustle of the city) whether you're in town for business or pleasure. Getting Around: The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber and Lyft are also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions. Other Things to Note: HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $1000 if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed. Interaction with Guests: You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. First, communication with Tyler was top notch, zero issues, nothing but great things to say about him. Was hoping for early check-in if available, turns out it was and very easy. Only bad thing, trash in cans wasn't at curb so we came to full cans, but able to manage. Plenty of towels, amenities, space, etc.. Every room had a smart tv, so connecting Netflix, etc. was very easy. Overall, nothing but great things to say about Tyler and the property.
