Everything was great especially the breakfast and large comfy beds

The hotel & room were very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, and more. The lady who made it was very kind. They have coffee and hot tea available 24/7. Also fruit water. The indoor pool was clean. Every person who worked there was gracious. It was as if they owned the hotel and wanted us to feel welcome in it. They had a large screen TV in the room that got cartoon channels, which my son liked. There was a variety of programming. They had Dove lotion, liquid soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom. The room was a good size and modern.
The bed was a little hard for my taste. This is the issue everywhere I go. I sleep on a marshmallow at home. I have never been anyplace the bed was not firm in comparison. My son was happy with the bed. We will definitely stay again. The hotel is a 10.

easy access to university and express way. Pool was good.
Cleanliness of facilities especially hallways which were messed by other guests and not cleaned up. Need to audit your faciilities much more frequent.

I was told 20 minutes before we arrived that the pool had been closed. The pool was the reason I chose this hotel because of my little granddaughter wanting to go swimming. The manager was very understanding when I told her we were going to find another hotel, and even offered to help us find another place. I would try this place again when the pool is operational.
