Good communication with the owner. Location was great for access to GY and Cromer. Had everything we needed in the accommodation. Spacious and comfortable.
Couple of minor things that would need addressing are: swap hard broom for a soft head broom. Shower screen trim missing so water leaked outside bath onto floor. Towel needed to be placed on the floor to soak up water. The bed divan needs a lock put on sides so it doesn’t come apart whilst sleeping on the bed. If you are a fidget sleeper (which we are) woke up a few times where the bed had separated.

Vicinity to the beach,

Having to make the beds after arriving late. The pay as you go electric meter gave us anxiety.
The wifi was not great, i think the charger to the router was not working. TV signal was not too good either.
Unfortunately the only day we tried to use the pool was adults only, so had to disappoint the kids.

the place was clean, in line with everyone's else feedback
The TV didn't pick up any channels, there was no internet either. All we had was a tiny selection of DVDs to use on the DVD player. I was also unhappy to find out about the electricity not being included in the price and being told after my non refundable booking that we needed to bring lots of £1 coins with us to use on the pay as you go meter. When I contacted the management company (via email and call with voicemail message) nobody got back to me to discuss my concern, so had it been a bigger problem not sure how we could manage. It is the sort of place where you sleep and stay out all day, but as I said the two evening we had there were boring without the TV. The beds are not made, you find the bedlinen in bags and you have to sort it out yourself. Bedrooms are very small.
