Room was made up at 18.00 hours, not acceptable.
Room has no amenities ( soap & shampoo ).
Lack of personnel.

It was okay overall.
Toilet door was not there. Looks like there used to be one that came out and was not replaced.
There was no body wash, shampoo etc in the shower room.
Room temperature went below the temperature set on the AC in heat mode.

Hotel was great, clean, and walking distance to lots of restaurants, tap rooms, and stores. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. Specifically, Jesus from the breakfast buffet, Oswaldo, Maria Lupe, and Allison from the bar. They gave us so many tips on where to go and doz

Very painful check in process (20 minutes).
My room was with a street view, just above a very noisy bar playing loud music until 2:30pm.

The Fire alarm has a light flashing all night long, during the day is not a problem, but at the evenings is horrible

Overall I really liked this hotel. However, please note that one side of the building faces another building which is really like a wall—it has no windows on that side and is only a few feet away from the hotel. So if you have a room that is facing that building expect to have almost no sunlight as the building is so close and blocks the light and completely blocks the view. They likely give guests who book through third party sites like Orbitz rooms that face this building. So my recommendation is that you ask when you check in if the room has an obstructed view and if it does ask for a room facing a different direction—otherwise don’t be surprised if you’re in a “dark cave”. Otherwise the hotel is pleasant with nice staff and very clean/new.
