Booked a 3 bed / 3 bathroom apartment.
Pros- Great value for money, relatively new property, very close to public transport (LRT) and KLCC within walking distance. Reception staff also very helpful and quick to respond.
Cons- property cleaning staff extremely poor, had to request twice for them to come clean toilets and the apartment, but still managed to do a poor job. I had to clean it myself later. If the property is not cleaned and maintained properly, the condition will detonate soon. For 3 bed apartments (like the one I booked), the third room is way too small and beside the kitchen, room doesn’t have any windows. Also very uncomfortable mattress in the room which makes sleeping very difficult. I had complained about the mattress but nothing was done unfortunately. Rest of the rooms had comfortable bed/ mattress. In my opinion the third room is not usable.
