The attitude of the owner of don’t want us to stay 8 hours and charged us for the bathroom inside the room when there was nobody on the property was a bit out of touch.

This is my 2nd stay and it didn't dissapoint !! As always the staff are wonderful (Lakmal & another young man) always helpful and courteous.
The facilities are great and the location 👍👍
I have decided when ever I visit SriLanka, Silina Airport Residencie will be my first stop after a long flight from Sydney.

Staff were really friendly, and let me have a later check out free of charge!
The trains track is right outside the room and can be a bit loud. But I enjoyed watching thr trains go by. If you are a light sleeper this could be a problem.

Very close to airport. Good food court at the end of the street.
Staff didn’t know I was coming. It was clearly someone’s bedroom which they rent out, the bathroom was full of someone’s toiletries. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, I think they could come through the bedroom. Flashing light outside the glass door which was on all night, very annoying.
