Wonderful place. Lovely staff. Great space and 3 huge pool areas. Clean and comfortable. Private beach access. Would recommend. Fatima in reservations was extremely helpful.

• The chalet has three rooms, which provides plenty of space and comfort.
• The breakfast was good and offered a pleasant start to the day.
• The location is convenient and attractive.
• The beach area is enjoyable and adds significant value to the overall experience.
I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding several issues during my stay.
• The washroom was not properly cleaned, and I found hair from shaving left behind.
• Although the check-in time was 4:00 PM, I was asked to wait in the reception area until 4:00 PM while the room was being prepared.
• I requested the Wi-Fi password several times, but I only received it after two days.
• Every time I leave the hotel and return, I am asked to provide proof that I am a guest staying at the hotel. This is inconvenient and makes me feel uncomfortable, especially since I am already a registered guest
