The rooms were nicely designed, comfortable, there were books and toys for the kids, and many facilities for food preparation in the kitchen. The balconies had nice views of the beach with glass windows while still fully private. The living room and the main balcony had ample seating space. There was wifi and very good AC in every space. We didn't try the TVs but there were at least two wide screens. The public park is just behind the building with a large playground which is great for kids. The Mei Ami beach is within a walking distance, as well as other playgrounds. There is a 24/7 grocery store within a 5 mins walk which is very convenient.
Parking was a little tricky one night but overall there were enough public spaces under the building and in the streets. On Friday eve there are not many places to eat within a walking distance because most restaurants in the area are kosher (they are great on weekdays) - we drove several minutes to get to a restaurant (some other places around the city are open). We would recommend planning your meals accordingly.

The apartment is excellent. The living room is spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need. The rooms are spacious, and each room has an air conditioner.
I liked everything, but be careful with the heaters above the bathroom doors, the outlet cover melts if the heater is on for a long time
