Lovely location within easy walking distance of the town, the seafront and the river. The hosts had thought of pretty much everything from bread, butter in the fridge, to a folder with really clear instructions of how everything works and personal reviews of local eateries and places to visit. The basement bedroom has a very cool fire escape.
My husband hit his head a couple of times walking into the kitchen. My son who is taller had no problems though and I am far too short to have any issues with that!

Great facilities, clean, comfortable and quiet. Little outside courtyard was nice to sit in the hot weather. Good communication and made to feel very welcome with bread, milk, biscuits and wine waiting for us when we arrived. Perfect location for exploring West Sussex. Beautiful seafront and harbour. Free parking and excellent public transport links. Train station and bus stops just 2 minutes away!
We would stay again.

The owners are very good with communicating if you have a question they get back to you immediately.
The instructions are clear and they have a complete instruction book for any questions you may come up with
It was spacious and clean
The only thing I didn’t have a good experience with was in the bedroom in the basement. there was a problem with high humidity which affected the smell and feel of the room . I requested for the humidity to be removed, For the entire stay,I couldn’t sleep down there so I ended up sleeping upstairs on the sofa .

The location is like 2 min walk to the rail station, the shops are 5 min away , so it was so convenient.
