Excellent apartment in a great location, within walking distance of the beach, Old Town, tram station, and many restaurants.
The apartment was very well equipped with air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, plenty of hangers, slippers, bathroom and beach towels, and convenient wall hooks for hanging clothes and towels. The bathroom also has a bidet, which was a nice touch.
Special thanks to Naji, who was very friendly and provided clear instructions before our arrival, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, the apartment exceeded our expectations and we would happily stay here again.
The only issues we noticed were that cooking smells occasionally came through the bathroom ventilation, likely from neighbouring units. In addition, the lift only operates from the first floor upwards, so carrying luggage to and from the ground floor can be a little inconvenient.
Other than these minor points, we had a very comfortable stay and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment.

The location was perfect — right in the heart of everything, with very easy access to the Old Town, the beach and the shopping areas in the newer part of the city. The apartment was beautiful, small and compact but completely renovated, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Abigail, who welcomed us, was also very kind and lovely. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we come back to Nice
