The hotel was clean and the staff were nice and friendly
The rooms have loud street noise due to the terrible windows isolation to the point where you would be woken up by random car noise even when the window is closed and the ac is on. Also the living room didn’t have a dedicates ac so it was noticeably hotter.

الأخ عبدالكريم من الاستقبال.
1-تصريف المياه في الحمام لم تكن جيدة بل مسدودة. مع علم موظف الاستقبال بالمشكلة لم يحله قبل سكان فيها و بعد التذكر والطلب منهم الإصلاح تم تغيير الغرفه.
2-موظف الاستقبال من الجنسيه الهنديه كان تعامله غير لطيف و في حال طلب منه شئ يوفره مع التذمر و المنه و كانه شئ خارج عن العرض مثل المناديل.
3-وقت الخروج حسب بكنك كان 3م. و موظف الاستقبال الهندي طلب ان يكون الساعه 2م. و لم يقتنع حتى تم فتح الحجز من البوكنك و مشاهدة تفاصيل الحجز.
