I liked it was a whole apartment with a separate kitchen with lounge and bathroom area
It would have been helpful to have some basics in the fridge - milk etc

Great location and clear instructions. Incredibly comfortable and good value for 4 of us. Was easy to find. Would definitely use again for a trip to Cardiff
The pictures don't make it clear that it's photos of several apartments, so it didn't look how we expected it to, we expected the apartment in the first selection of images. There was no cloths or sponges to do our own dishes or clean up after ourselves. Coffee pods provided don't fit the machine. No sugar in the pot by the kettle with tea/coffee

Location was good. Nice little place
The fact that it wasn’t clean. We found multiple hairs in places a dirty black spoon in the drawer. The whole place could do with a paint and a little attention to detail.
