Appartement spacieux bien équipé
Le ronronnement du frigo ou de la ventilation je sais pas trop. Le manque de visibilité de l’entrée de la location dans la rue car il n’y a pas de numéro dans la rue et l’appartement au 3e étage sans ascenseur.

Very central. Has everything you can need. Great shopping street behind the property. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Possible to walk to the beach which also has a good selection of restaurants.
Property is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift - so plenty of exercise! Car parking could be difficult - we were lucky that the car park on the side of the marina was switched to “free” while we were there in September but in the summer it could be expensive. Did find some more free parking but it was quite a distance away from the property.

Très jolie appartement décoré avec goût et très bien agencé. Tres belle situation de celui-ci en plein centre au pied du marché et de la rue piétonne. Nous avons passé un superbe week-end et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir
L escalier jusqu'au dernière étage (3ème) et la difficulté à trouver une place de parking gratuite hors disque bleu temps apparti de 2h maximum de 9h a 19h, mais tout cela étant secondaire et non imputable au propriétaire de ce très belle et agréable appartement

Très bonne situation géographique à Croix de Vie. Proches commerces, activités, plages, restaurants et animations diverses.
1 chambre sans fenêtres et 1 autre sans volets extérieurs. Appartement mansardé en dernier étage, ce qui est un peu oppréssant.
