Awful

Leaving and going home

First of all the address is not clear or does not tell you where you need to find the place and where to get in ! Then when you do find it it’s tucked in a scruffy alleyway round the back of shops ! Disgusting and not at all how was expected to arrive ! Didn’t feel safe coming back at night in the dark , someone camping 5 foot from the bottom of the steps all smoking and drinking till all hours couldn’t sleep at all . Shocking

I liked the client service, staff were very responsive to my queries.

The wooden floor is loose so that may cause an issue later on. I also had difficulty with getting my weekly waste picked up. People find the property difficult to locate ie Tesco delivery, Takeaway and Taxis.
