We enjoyed our stay.

Property is roomy and adequate for our 2 night stay. Its location is great for access to local sites, activities, and dining.

The floor in unit 524 was very dirty. Bottom of socks and bare feet became very dirty when walking around unit. We also suspect that the shower leaks beneath the kitchen sink when shower in use.

Nice room but completely ruined the experience by lack of details on our stay and miscommunication all around.

King sized bed was great, very comfortable and great location in downtown cedar falls.

Terrible communication from the property manager. Check in details were sent late, and received an email saying they would not accommodate me anymore even after getting confirmed and a room. Not clear at all. Floor was also dirty and covered our feet with black dirt when walking around

Nice location. Good luck getting a hold of anyone if you have any issues arise.

Very close to many restaurants and bars and the river walk. Allowed our dog. Spacious.

The TV did not work, even after numerous calls to the management company, it was never fixed. We were traveling across country, and wanted to relax and enjoy TV. No such luck.
