The location
1. The towels in the room were not new and some of them were very thin.
2. In the shower there’s no place to put your belongings that you need since there is no shelf.
3. The safe in our room was not connected to the shelf that it was on.

Location is great, very near 5th avenue and right across from the sports stadium. Gym was always clean

Location is amazing, free parking. Very nice rooftop pool.
Would have given 10 but due to maintenance and service non stop issues the score is 5.
The room looks good but we had continuance issues with the toilet and no warm water. We were 4 people and for 7 days received only 2 every day, every day need to make a call and wait. The staff and the manager Javier R didn’t care
