O facto de ter ar condicionado.
A localização é péssima. Quando reservamos a casa, tínhamos plena noção que a casa ficava numa área remota mas nunca pensamos que os acessos fossem tão péssimos e tão longe de tudo. Do alojamento aos Arcos de Valdevez demoramos cerca de 1h de carro. Perto do alojamento, não existe nada.
O alojamento em si não está sinalizado, a casa que está antes do alojamento está a cair. Tem péssimo aspecto a entrada, a zona envolvente encontra-se por limpar, imensas ervas e silvas o que causa logo má impressão. Vê se que não existe cuidado por parte dos proprietários em tentar manter uma boa imagem. Parece uma casa fantasma.
Mal abrimos a porta, demos logo de caras com um saco com lenha, o que era escusado dado a temperatura (quase 40 graus).
Nas fotos apresentadas no booking, ficamos com ideia que era um alojamento relativamente pequeno mas na realidade é minúsculo. Abrimos a porta e demos logo de caras com as escadas de acesso ao “quarto”. Escadas íngremes, com imensa distância entre os degraus e super inclinadas. Perigosas. Mesmo a porta também se encontra o sofá e a cozinha é super pequena.
Outro aspecto que incomoda bastante é o cheiro a humidade. Durante a noite, mal conseguimos dormir por causa do cheiro a humidade, é um cheiro super forte e incomodativo.
A cama era desconfortável, havia imensos insetos. Não havia nenhum repelente. Não existe onde colocarmos as nossas coisas, ficaram em cima do sofá. A roupa ficou com aquele cheiro desagradável a humidade.
Tínhamos reservado a casa para 3 noites e após a primeira noite saímos de lá. No booking, falam de uma varanda que não existe. Apenas tem umas escadas com um pátio que nem uma cadeira dá para colocar. Vista para o Ribeiro também não tem, dado que o terreno circundante se encontra por limpar e nem se vê o Ribeiro.
Quando saímos para jantar e voltamos encontramos a entrada da casa com “estrume de vaca”.
Sentimo-nos um pouco enganados, dado que no booking parece uma coisa e na realidade é totalmente diferente.
