NO RECOMENDAMOS PARA NADA IR (CUCARACHAS)

El chico que se hacía cargo del edificio fue muy majo. Nos facilitó poder hablar con su jefe.

Reservamos para el apartamento que se llama “Aparta suites torre de prado” en Medellín. Para empezar reservamos el alojamiento y nadie nos contestaba a las llamadas, en la página de booking no estaba indicada ninguna hora de checking por lo que solo nos quedaba la opción de llamar. Al no tener respuesta y hablar con el soporte técnico de booking nos indicaron que fuésemos directamente al alojamiento aún sin saber si alguien nos estaría esperando. Al llegar el departamento y que alguien nos atendiese porfín nos encontramos este en condiciones sucias. Avisamos a las limpiadoras para que limpiaran y solo limpiaron con un trapo de agua, sin ningún tipo de producto. Para nuestra sorpresa encontramos una cucaracha muriéndose en el trapo de la cocina y muchas otras por el salón. Además también encontramos las sábanas sucias con pelos y restos de heces. Decidimos salir de casa y al volver encontramos una docena de cucarachas más por el baño y por los anteriores lugares mencionados. Tuvimos que avisar al responsable y este mismo intentó desinfectar la zona aunque era prácticamente imposible saber de dónde salían. Solicitamos el reembolso al propietario del edificio y aceptó pero no nos ayudó a encontrar ningún nuevo apartamento en el que quedarnos. Nos dio la sensación de que no era la primera vez que algún cliente se había quejado por este problema. Estamos muy descontentas con el trato, con el alojamiento, con las condiciones y con la comunicación. NO RECOMENDAMOS PARA NADA IR

Es espaciosa, tiene lo necesario y la ventaja de una buena ubicación referente al metro al cuál llegas caminando en unos 10 minutos.

No tenía ventanas y el ventilador era algo ruidoso, sería bueno en un futuro implementar aire acondicionado.
