The location is perfect (near the shops, and the lifts in winter, but not near a bar or restaurant so the noice is not a problem).
The flat is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you would expect for this price (except one I will comment on next).
The checkin was relatively easy.
The only real reason I'm not marking this flat as perfect is the internet connection: it's a very feeble old school DSL connection, which won't allow you to do any serious work from there if you need to.
For this price, I would expect a good and reliable connection (fibre, which is available everywhere in France these days), not this.
It was important for me for work reason, and I won't be able to come back to this flat in the future because of this.

Fabulous location . Close to the slopes . Very comfortable and decorated to a high standard … the beds super comfy . Well equipped kitchen . Great concierge service we were allowed a late check out .
Small things but constructive feedback back for your team
The plug on the bath did not work .
Only one toilet roll for 2 bathrooms on arrival … we arrived late the first evening
The hover was useless needs to be replaced
The dining area a little dark needs a lamp in the corner .
Nice battery candles however none working .which I did report but no replacements sent Easy fix and would have added more light to the dining room .

The flat is perfectly located. It is clean, confortable and decorated with taste. The concierge service was always very available , helpful and friendly.
Only the pillows are supper big and hard and could not be used for young kinder.

Instructions from booking.com were incorrect re door code; no house number on the property and took around 45 minutes with help from a local shopkeeper to find it
