Sitting on half an acre of tropical land, the location allows for spectacular vistas across the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. A stunning infinity pool, open terraces, tropical gardens, luxurious, peaceful, and private. Amazed is a must to experience! Just a 10 min walk to stunning Hermitage Bay beach and a 10 min drive to Jolly Harbour, for the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. A portion of the rock face of the hillside was chipped away to provide a rock ledge for Amazed to be built on. The villa is built into the cliffside, surrounded by tropical nature. It is tranquil, quiet, and private. An oasis surrounded by beautiful gardens, open terraces, and sea views from everywhere in the villa and on the property. Amazed offers a feeling of seclusion and unique sense of privacy. It was designed to provide a luxurious, peaceful, natural environment where mind, body and spirit can be nurtured and restored by our idyllic Caribbean location with the most stunning sea views. Whether you are looking for a romantic destination, honeymoon experience, anniversary, to visit with friends/family, or are simply in search of somewhere to hide away and indulge in luxury, our magnificent sea view villa with infinity pool is the place for you. The infinity pool overlooks the stunning, glistening Caribbean Sea. All the bright blue colors will take your breath away. The islands of Montserrat, Redonda, St. Kitts, and Nevis can be seen if the day is right! The large terraces provide both shade and sunning locations, designed for all the comforts you could need for lounging, visiting, dining, sunning, or private places to enjoy your morning coffee or read a good book. Outdoor living at its best! The villa has 2 primary suites, each with a king size bed, and its own ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower. Both bright, beautiful suites boast elegant, calming interiors and offer uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding hills. Lay in bed with the floor to ceiling glass folding doors open to enjoy the sea air and breathtaking views. Throughout the villa we have worked to ensure no detail has been left to chance with every room appointed to enjoy comfortable living. You will experience very soothing and flowing spaces. The open concept lounge flows effortlessly through foldable doors into a shaded terrace. Anyone who loves to cook will enjoy the fully fitted kitchen. Lounge and enjoy entertainment on the 50” Plasma TV with Apple TV and Bose speakers for enjoyable viewing and sound or to play your music. There are numerous beaches that are both within walking distance or a short drive. Breathtaking Hermitage Bay beach is only a 10 minute walk from the villa. Pearns Point, which you can see from the villa, is a 15 minute walk, and has several beautiful, quiet beaches. Within a 10-15 minute drive you can explore many more beaches, such as: Jolly, Valley Church, Fryes, Darkwood, Keyonnas and Turners. The villa is fitted with the following: Automatic generator to ensure you will never be without power. Very good uninterrupted WiFi (this is due to having a tower installed directly on the villa). We have the router and TV on a UPS, so there are no disconnections during power drops. Local cell phone for guest use. Reverse Osmosis filtration system and separate tap, to always provide you with fresh drinking water. Remote operated bug screens in all rooms for the large folding doors. Individual air conditioners in each bedroom, and two in the main living area. Napoleon propane BBQ. For your beach experiences we have provided you with everything you may need. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas for shade, two coolers, two full sets of snorkel gear, beach water jugs, beach drink cooler tumblers, tupperware for you to pack a wonderful lunch, beach utensils, two large beach bags and of course beach towels. All you need to do is pack your bag for a walk down to the beach or your car to explore and you are off to enjoy the day on Antigua’s white sand beaches. Please see our Amenities list for additional items we have for your luxurious stay. The entire villa is yours. Enjoy the peace and tranquility at Amazed. Exhale. Amazed is a fully fenced property, with a double security gate system. We highly recommend a rental car for your stay at the villa. Additional Villa Rules: On your scheduled day of arrival, you may check-in anytime after 3:00 pm. On your scheduled date of departure, check-out time is 11:00 am. If you unexpectedly arrive prior to 3pm or depart after 11am, you will be charged $75 USD per hour. No overnight visitors are allowed unless this was agreed to by the owner in advance. Please ensure any guests respect all rules as you are liable for any damage or disturbance caused by them. There is absolutely NO smoking/vaping inside or outside the villa. No pets. No parties and no loud music. Please ensure the AC is off, all windows, doors are closed and locked and both gates are shut when you leave the villa.

We just returned from an unbelievable week (27 Jan 2024 - 3 Feb 2024) at the Amazed Villa in Antigua. We would like to thank both Kevin and Susan for their attention to detail on building such a magnificent property and making it available for us to enjoy it. There is not one thing that could be improved on as it was simply perfect. We shared the villa with another couple who we have traveled away with several times and we both agreed that this was by far the best vacation we have had. The amenities in the villa are perfect. The location and the views are breath taking. There were 2 days were we woke up and didn't even leave the property as we had everything we needed right in front of us. We rented an SUV for the week and explored several of wonderful beaches and diner locations that Susan had recommended which were excellent. There is a fully stocked supermarket a few minutes away for the days that you don't want to leave the property. We can't wait until we return next year to enjoy a wonderful week of total relaxation. Thanks again to our wonderful hosts Kevin and Susan for always being available and making our stay at your Amazing Villa such a perfect vacation!!

Outstanding. Excellently equipped and spotless. Private and luxurious. Hostess, Susan, met us on arrival, was on hand throughout our stay and was enormously helpful. The views (oh the views!) from this 5-star property were wonderful. Directions were good but could have been improved by better signage on the final approach to the villa. However, Susan has this in hand. Transport essential but we did not bother with hiring a car and took taxis everywhere. (Ask Susan for Troy, our brilliant taxi driver) This villa is strongly recommended.

We had the best stay at Amazed! Such a beautiful place with gorgeous panoramic views. Hard to believe but it’s even more stunning in person than the photos! Very thankful to our hosts Susan and Kevin who made sure everything was well taken care of and provided everything you could need. They were there to greet us when we arrived and see us off when we left. They are so helpful and always quick to respond. The villa is a short drive to many restaurants and beautiful beaches which makes it very convenient. It was nice to have things like beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for our beach days. The infinity pool and huge deck was perfect for days we wanted to stay home and relax. It's a nice and quiet location with gates, which made us feel comfortable and safe. The villa is very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The views, day or night and especially at sunset are stunning, like looking at a painting! We can't say enough good things about this place and our hosts. Thanks so much Susan and Kevin for making our first visit to Antigua a really great one. We definitely look forward to coming back again!

The views and house was so amazing we had a hard time leaving to go do anything. You have a perfect view of sunset every night. You are also within a half mile of a very secluded beach with the most clear water that we had to ourselves most days. Kevin answered all our questions and also helped me with dining and activities while we were staying there. I hope to be able to return to amazed some day.

Long review but you should know…. From the moment we arrived at AMAZED sea view villa, we knew it was even better than reviews and pictures can express. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Kevin, half of the wonderful couple that built and own this beautiful piece of paradise. Sorry to miss Susan! She has this villa so organized yet simplified, that your vacation is peaceful and calm from the moment you walk through the front door. To say this place is clean is an understatement, it was spotless. Kevin was a superb host, and gave us a royal welcome to Antigua. He responded immediately to any communication we sent. The guestbook is clear and helps a lot, especially if this is your first visit to Antigua (as it was ours). We felt very safe at the villla up on the hill and behind secured gates. We loved the location, near Jolly Harbour. Hermitage Beach was definitely our favorite spot away from the villa. It happens to be a 3 minute drive or 8-10 minute walk from the front door! We did explore a lot of Antigua, end to end, loved it and the people who call it home. As fun as it was, we always let out a deep breath coming home to AMAZED. We opened the back of the house to the pool deck and relaxed every night looking at the stars and feeling the sea breeze. It was quite warm when we were there, so we did take advantage of the A/C for sleeping, it was awesome. The grill was great, the villa has every amenity needed including wonderful picnic and beach gear. The layout of the villa is perfect for 4 people, friends or family. If Kevin and Susan will have us, we are most definitely returning!! Thank you both for sharing your beautiful home. It is spectacular!

What an incredible family vacation! Kevin and Susan are fantastic hosts from start to finish. From the villa’s welcome book to personally welcoming us and sending us off, we couldn’t ask for better hosts. The Villa is breathtaking- it is Amazing, as the name states. The view is gorgeous and every detail was thought of. We rented a car, so trips to Jolly Harbor and to the beach were very easy. We will be back!

Our stay at Amazed was, well, Amazing! :-) Kevin and Susan’s home is gorgeous, extremely clean, stocked with everything one could want and more. Each day we took in the spectacular views of Jolly Harbour and surroundings from the hillside home, while enjoying the beautiful private pool. We felt like royalty just being there. We had the great pleasure of meeting our hosts, Susan and Kevin, and upon our arrival, they had a lovely welcome basket and refreshments for us. Our hosts were so lovely, kind, responsive and helpful for local insight and navigating the area for day trips and activities. We loved our stay and certainly look forward to a return trip! Thank you Susan and Kevin for sharing your beautiful home with us. We feel blessed.

We stayed at this residence in March 2023 and can not say enough positive things about the house or our hosts. The entire back of the house opens to an infinity pool with a panoramic view of the ocean and surrounding mountains. The house was incredibly clean, modern, beautiful and comfortable. The location is great—in close proximity to many beaches and restaurants in the Jolly Beach area. Our hosts were delightful, they met us at the property to explain all nuances. They greeted us with wet towels for our faces and a basket of goodies after our long travel day. They also put a brochure together of everything we needed to know about the house and the island. This property was an incredible find and I would strongly recommend it. Paradise in Antigua.

Upon arrival, Kevin welcomed us after a long day of travel. He filled us in on everything we needed to know and left no questions unanswered. The Villa was everything we expected and more. From the beautiful views to the incredible weather, we were able to experience the island and all it had to offer. Although secluded, the Villa was easily accessible and was a short drive to groceries and restaurants. Thank you, Kevin and Susan for providing a great getaway!

Amazed was perfect. We had everything we needed. It was clean and the views from the pool are postcard perfect! I enjoyed many evenings by the pool with a glass of wine; our Hostess, Keeflin, made sure we knew everything we needed to know upon arrival. We missed a turn coming in and she helped us get to the Villa. The Villa is stocked with everything you need. After a long day of travel the Rum Punch and fresh fruit awaiting us hit the spot! We will definitely stay at Amazed if ever in Antigua and Barbuda again!
