About this house rental

Located in Toledo Bend Reservoir, this charming house for $350 per night is a great option for your next break. WOW! While enjoying Sunset Point, You will be able to enjoy the greats of Toledo Bend Reservoir looking directly at the Texas Hill side. Named one of the top bass fishing lakes in America. The home is outfitted in farm house style living over looking the lake. You have full access to the boat house to park your boat for an early and quick departure. Located on Lanan Bay if water sports is the thing, they have and area near by for it. Late in the afternoon you can enjoy grilling and sitting on the waters edge near the fire pit. This location is highly sought after for its location at mid-lake. 5 minutes to Toledo Town. If pier fishing is what you looking for, you can't beat this location. House Details: It is only 5 miles from Toledo Town and only 5 miles from the Family Adventure Park. 2,100 Sq Ft Living, Large Yard, Boat House, and all you need for outdoor cooking and seafood. GENERAL: Free Wifi (25 Mbps), Washer/Dryer, Linens/Towels, Complimentary Toiletries, Smart TV in the living room, central AC/heating. With local cable TV. BEDS: Bedroom 1: Double Bed | Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds | Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed | Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Bed. Sleeps 10 with 4 recliners in the living room. OUTDOOR SEATING: Back porch has a patio table with 4 chairs, 2 wicker chairs with ottomans, 1 wicker sofa. INDOOR SEATING: 6-chair dining table, 2 bar stools on kitchen island. Living room reclining couches seat 3. 2 recliners for relaxing after a long day of fishing. KITCHEN: Electric stove top and oven with warming function, coffee maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, blender, spices, cooking pots, pans, utensils, silverware, and pantry storage. PARKING: There is ample room for parking spaces. You can fit at least 5 boat/trailer combinations. There are a bunch of outlets for charging batteries in the front yard, boat house. There is a double covered parking carport. BOAT LAUNCH: The Lanan Bay Boat Ramp is approximately 3 miles from the house. SAFETY: Smoke alarms are installed through out. There is a fire extinguisher under kitchen sink and on the back patio. Local Shopping and Food J&J One stop - 685 LA-1215, Many, LA 71449 They have limited groceries but do have ethanol free gas. (1.6 miles) The Market Basket - 12054 Texas Hwy, Many, LA 71449 Your best bet for grocery shopping without having to drive to Walmart (5.9 miles) Toledo Town and Tackle - 11904 Texas Hwy, Many, LA 71449 Best place in town for tackle and breakfast biscuits. Mr. C’s Café has great burgers inside. Order ahead if you short on time. Sometimes Mr. C’s Café is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Call ahead (5.0 miles) El Patio - 180 San Antonio Ave, Many, LA 71449 (5.1 miles) Great Mexican restaurant Family Dollar - 12200 Texas Hwy, Many, LA 71449 (5.2 miles) Gilligan's Crawfish & Grille LLC - 44 Spring St, Many, LA 71449 (6.0 miles) Open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for dinner. Fisherman’s galley - 14934 Texas Hwy, Many, LA 71449 (7.0 miles) Friday and Saturday night seafood buffet Lost Frontier bar and grill - 360 Frontier Dr, Hemphill, TX 75948 Upscale restaurant. Very good. Closed all Monday and Sunday for supper. (12.4 miles) Southern Classic Chicken 705 Hill St, Many, LA 71449 fast food drive through. (16.6 miles) Pretty good. Martone's Italian Restaurant - 240 HWY 171 bypass, Many, LA 71449 Very good restaurant in Many. Brick oven pizza. (17.8 miles) WalMart- 25800 Highway 171, Many, LA 71449 (19 miles) Hemphill BBQ – 3285 Old Sabinetown Rd, Hemphill, TX 75948 (19.8 miles) (Best ribs and great pies) Attractions: Toledo Bend Family Adventure Park (6 miles) – It has a Lazy River, three swimming pools, splash-pad for kids, adult and kids water-slides, mini-golf, kangaroo jumper, playground, gift shop, café and more. Cypress Bend Golf Resort and Marina – (11.7 miles) Extremely nice golf resort on the lake with a great restaurant. Kids can also swim on the sand beaches at the marina.
