Let the surf lure you to Surfside Cottage North, a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath ocean front duplex perched on a bluff overlooking the beautiful Pacific! With ocean views from the living room and the deck you will be sure to enjoy the sights, the sounds, and the fresh, salty smell of the sea.
With the open concept living/dining/kitchen, you will be able to relax after a fun filled day. Slide open the door to the deck and enjoy the outdoors, the view, and the surfside swells during those long summer days. Even the winter storms can be fun to watch as they blow in from the sea, steered by the jet stream, they flow like a meandering river of air. Watch for whales, birds, seals, and sea lions while grilling up your favorite catch of the day. One bedroom has comfy queen bed and one a full bed. They both share a bath in the hall. This is a duplex so if you need more room for family and friends, reserve Surfside Cottage South. While this is ocean front with wonderful views, the beach access is a short drive either north or south of the home.
Surfside Cottage North is the perfect jumping off point to any part of the Central Oregon Coast you plan to enjoy. Bring your kayaks and standup paddleboards because this home is a short 2-minute drive south to Brian Booth State Park and the gorgeous Beaver Creek area, popular for paddle sports and wildlife viewing. You are just a short drive to Newport where you can visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Yaquina Head Lighthouse, or walk along a working bayfront and enjoy fresh seafood either cooked to perfection onsite or bought off a boat for you to prepare at home.
Sleeps up to 4 - 2 Bedrooms, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, 1 full bath.
Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (Strictly enforced)
Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.
Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.
This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

Cute cozy. Amazing view. Had everything you would need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Could use a couple of dressers. Enjoyed the entire time we were there

This little bungalow/ duplex is very cute. It's very nice and clean. It's old but it's comfortable. The mattress in the Queen room on the left really needs to be replaced so before you rent ask if that's been done. They have an adequate supply of utensils and tools and things to cook with. They did not have a dishwasher. I suggest you bring a couple of night lights. It's very dark and wonderful in the house but it's dark dark. The view is unmistakably the best for the whole area. If you have a dog you unfortunately you have to cross the street the 101 to get to a neighborhood to walk the dog in. There is a nice adequate front yard. Needs to be cut but it's great to just let the dog out. There is fencing but not in the front of the cliff. I recommend this house for a small family or a couple but it's perfect. It's so sweet and it's so reasonable. It's very very very nice. We loved spending memorial Day there!.

Beautiful view from picture windows. Pet friendly. Parking was a little complicated. No dishwasher in place had to hand wash dishes which doesn’t always sanitize dishes.

I tend to look for lesser expensive places to stay. The pictures look great but the reality isn't quite as great. This place is older and needs a lot of love. I had to sleep in the second bedroom because the bed in the master bedroom was too high. The second bedroom smelled like a mixture of sewage and seawater. I say that because I smelled it on a beach one time when there was a sewage leak.
