Situated in Louisville, this attractive house for $588 per night is a great choice for your next break. Experince a luxury accommodation within Louisville's most prestigious neighborhood at The Norton Commons Luxe. First impressions are everything. As you enter, take in the well appointed open floor plan with high end decor and impeccable taste. You will be welcomed by 10 foot vaulted ceilings, warm lighting and fixtures, and plenty of natural light as well. The spectacular kitchen features peninsula bar seating, high end custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and all of the kitchen amenities you need for cooking in or bringing home take-out. The main floor features the primary bedroom with king bed and attached, full en-suite bathroom complete with all glass shower and a jacuzzi tub for 2. No detail is overlooked. Prepare for a night out on the town with a full length (nearly floor-to-ceiling mirror). 55" Smart TVs are located in the living room as well as the primary bedroom. You will also find the laundry room with front load washer/dryers and the community half bath on the main floor. Make your way out the rear door where you will find a comfortable outdoor sectional sofa within our fully covered patio. Ground level lighting will guide you along the stone steps to the hot tub, warm, bubbly, and perfect for 2-4 people. Dry off and enjoy a bourbon or a glass of wine in the basement bar/entertainment area. Here you will find a mini fridge and wet bar with bar seating for 4 and cocktail hour leather lounge chairs for 2. This area also offers a 70 in curved TV, "organizable" sofa the whole group can share, pool table, and arcade games. On the way down you may have noticed something unique...our walk-in "safe" is more like a speakeasy! It's definitely a conversation piece for your friends when you return home! Entry to the speakeasy style room requires a code to unlock the safe for entry. This beautiful addition is enclosed with floor to ceiling custom stone walls. Completing the basement area is the basement bedroom with twin size, futon style sleeping area and a full bathroom. On the upper level you'll find the remaining 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms, each with a queen bed, are connected by a Jack and Jill style full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The other bedroom contains 2 twin size beds and is accessible by making your way through the 2 entertainment room. The Norton Commons Luxe is a high end, luxury stay that will have you sharing social media posts and collecting "likes"! Book today, we fill up fast. RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply. KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.

Great location and house was as advertised. We had a great trip. The only issue was the shower in the basement was broken, but there were plenty of other showers for us to use.

We stayed in the house with 3 couples while we were in town visiting the Bourbon Trail. The house was amazing. Decorated beautifully. Central location in a cute neighborhood. Sat outside one night under the patio lights and listened to a guy play acoustic guitar from one of the neighboring restaurants. House was clean and well appointed. Plenty of parking. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again when in Louisville.

This property is so beautifully decorated- it’s hard to believe it’s a rental. So many great spaces for people to gather or to be separate. Just one block away from restaurants, coffee shop, boutiques - great neighborhood for walking/running and very safe feeling. Not far off the interstate and convenient to get to the city. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating.

The house was immaculate and nicer than described. It could not have been more perfect for our two families. The kids absolutely loved it as well. Would absolutely return.

The house is beautiful and everything is exactly as described. 17 minutes from downtown and 15 from Top Golf. The Norton commons area is filled with cool places all, within walking distance. Host responded quickly and overall it was a great stay. Will definitely consider this VRBO again when coming back to Louisville.

Stayed here for a military retirement ceremony and this property was absolutely perfect for me and my family. Great shopping close by, easy access to the highway and perfectly peaceful at night. The host was so very gracious in the smallest of details to make this place feel like home. Absolutely beautiful decor and the back patio was a perfect gathering spot. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and the host, they were incredible!!

This property was perfect our family. We have a small family business and we attended a trade show in Louisville. So, two couples, two singles and one toddler. The room arrangement worked out well. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There was no issues with parking. The area was very nice. We were able to walk to restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was clean, well decorated and furnished. Only complaint is the minimal cookware in the kitchen! Otherwise we had a great stay. The check in process was easy and straightforward with the directions from the owner. Communication was great. We would definitely stay again!

This property was amazing!!! Everything about the house is just as it looks in the Pictures. We cannot wait to stay here again! We had the privilege of meeting the owner and he is wonderful.
