About this house rental

Nestled in Lake Cushman, this charming house for $300 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. On a bluff that overlooks Lake Cushman, you will be enchanted with the stunning views of the Olympic Mountains and beautiful Lake Cushman from every angle within the house. A newer home with a cabin feel and modern amenities, knotty pine trim and rustic wood furniture, it is a comfortable place to enjoy the serene setting of the mountains and the lake. There is a wrap around deck on the first floor, with a table for four and a view down the lake. In a private area, on the back of the house, there is a patio where you may BBQ on a propane or charcoal grill, eat at a picnic table, and enjoy a small fire in the fire pit. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms that access a private balcony where you can sit and relax and let your worries float away. You can access the lakeside down a winding path to a covered deck, the "Tiki Bar", that overlooks the lake. We have provided two sit upon kayaks for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There is a park for residents and their guests minutes from the house with play areas, picnic tables, a safe swim area and a boat launch and dock. There are two security cameras outside facing the parking area and a door lock code that changes with each rental for guest security. Please note that the hot tub and row boat are not available for guest use. There is no onsite boat trailer parking. Special arrangements by the manager would need to be made for a boat for a boat pass and trailer parking. For visiting the local parks, there is one car pass available for one car but any additional car passes would have to be arranged by the manager.

The view from the house and the dock was beautiful. The perfect place to relax. We spent the day hiking and came back for a swim to cool off. The house is close to a number of really good hiking spots. We had a wonderful stay at Eagle's Rest.

If you are looking to turn off from the rest of the world and just relax this is the place to do so. From the booking to check-out our stay was wonderful and hassle free. The house was spotless, well stocked kitchen, lots of room, and views for days!!! The lake was just a short walk down the property and offered endless hours of entertainment. We vacation every summer at lake Cushman and this is so far the best spot we have stayed.

This is my third time staying at the Eagle's Rest with my parents. It's a beautiful home with an amazing view and a wonderful dock to use for swimming and boating. I couldn't recommend it more!

We loved our stay! Great location, the view is amazing!! The walk to the dock is so cool! We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and hiking Staircase. The home is well equipped and Mike was very responsive. We cannot wait to return!!

My family and I vacationed here for the second time in three years and are already planning on returning next year. The view and overall experience of this home is nothing short of magical! From the instant you wake up in the morning to long after sunset, you are mesmerized by the scenic tranquility that this unique view of Lake Cushman and the Olympic mountains provide. The thorough communication and support from the host and the instant home-like feel when you walk through the front door hooks you and doesn't let go. We essentially spent eight days at this beautiful home bouncing between swimming off the spacious deck and "Tiki Bar" area, boating, fishing and enjoying peaceful conversation on the deck all while admiring one of the best views possible. With each stay, my family and I are making memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you, Mike for sharing your wonderful home with us! The McMullen Family

Amazing view and sparkling clean! The house had everything we needed, with clear instructions on how to use things!! Beds were very comfy and linens were good. Absolutely recommend!

Really great house and fantastic view - we had an absolute blast !! Loved the outside decks and seating area with fire pit - watched shooting stars at night - and the tiki bar and kayaking off the dock was awesome !! We highly recommend and are ready to come back !!

Spectacular home! The views were breathtaking and our family of 5 enjoyed swimming and kayaking, the outdoor fire pit and relaxing on the deck watching the sunset. The house was clean and had everything needed for our short 3 day stay. Would highly recommend and look forward to a return trip if we are able!

This was a truly “pinch me” kind of experience. The views were spectacular from every part of the house. The accommodations were very comfortable and well equipped. The use of the dock and kayaks made the lake was so much fun! We were taking friends from out of state and it made their vacation!
