These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
Important: We have a keyless digital smart lock to access the property. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

The property was clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient for our beach vacation. The property was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful place also not far from most things, my family and I really enjoyed our stay and didnt want to leave lol. If you are looking for a nice place to relax with the family and a great host you should look into this place.

The property was as advertised and is pet friendly. The upstairs carpet had some pet stains that perhaps were hard to remove. Great location for Hampton Beach!

The house is located in a dense neighborhood walking distance to the rocky beach and slightly longer to the boardwalk. The beds were good, the bedrooms fine with a large MB. The biggest issue was that although it was 5 bedrooms assuming ten potential guests, the kitchen had a tiny table with 4 chairs, the LR has a very uncomfortable couch that was difficult for two, 2 chairs and one was broken
The porch was nice and spacious but the furniture there also seated only 4 and was very uncomfortable. There was a deck outside the MB but definitely unsafe for dogs and children. The bathrooms do not have fans that work which is feeding mold. The parking allows for only 3 cars. The good things are: location, electric car charger, comfy beds. I gave this info to the owners but only got a 'thank you for your feedback ' bot response. It is not work the very high price with such insufficient and terrible seating
We ended up leaving three days early.
