Nestled in Frye Island, this attractive house for $1,875 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Summer fun and relaxation on Sebago Lake awaits you at this stunning vacation home. Perfect location for a family reunion, corporate retreat, or social gathering. This home sleeps 18 comfortably with 6 queen size beds, 1 king size bed and 8 twin size beds. Linens and beach towels are provided. All appliances include 3 refrigerators, pool table, ice maker, grill, lower level bar with beverage refrigeration, humidification and allergy filter system in the walk out lower level. 2 Dishwashers, double oven, and gas 6 burner cook top and griddle. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed, but when you don't feel like doing the cooking there is a catering partner based in the island's restaurant is available to prepare meals for a large group. Custom built family gathering table, over looking the lake and private waterfront, seats 18. Equipped with many board games and video games for rainy days. Rental includes use of 6 kayaks and a canoe and 4 comfortable cruising bikes with helmets. Large dock and one large/one small mooring for visiting boats (and dinghy). Life jackets and inflatables available for use. The front yard with horse shoes is a wonderful gathering place for outdoor games. 2 washers and 2 and dryers and multiple large closets full of organizing shelves are available as well. Frye Island is a family and outdoors-oriented island in pristine Sebago Lake, the second largest lake in Maine. This home is one of the largest on the island, which has the feel of a large summer camp location with a 9-hole golf course with club house (rentals available to play), four tennis courts, community center and 13 public beaches, restaurant, store (souvenirs and food/home basics), ice cream stand and more. Day trips off of Frye Island can take you to Portland and other beautiful neighboring waterfront locations, and all that they have to offer.

This property and host Caitlyn are both phenomenal! Couldn’t ask for anything better! House is perfectly laid out for entertaining extended family groups with enough separate space to give some privacy. Dock and Lake set up is ideal with small children. The way the rock formation were laid out, there was a very safe area for the kids to swim in shallow water after digging to their heart’s content in adjoining private beach area. House is extremely well-provisioned! Really hope to stay here again!

We are previous island owners and Frye Island is our favorite place in the world. This was our second time staying in this house and it was as perfect this time as it was the first time! The house lacks nothing. We were a group of 18 and there was plenty of room for everyone! I will never stay anywhere else on Frye Island! Thank you Kirby family!

Beautiful lake house for a large group. We had babies, young children, teenagers, college age, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and 70’s…plenty of space to spread out and something to do for everyone. This home was perfectly and thoughtfully appointed. The owners were very attentive and helpful from the booking all the way up until they greeted us and gave a tour upon our arrival. We had a spectacular vacation!

This property is not only beautiful, it’s perfectly suited for a large group or families. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners are extremely helpful and the place was not only spotless but well stocked with essentials. We’ll definitely be back!!

Rented this for a family gathering and it is perfect for that, with plenty of both gathering and individual space for everyone. There was always a group on the porch, playing pool and games, and of course in the lake. Plenty of fridge and cooking space. The long dinner table made for fun toasts with the whole group. Highly recommended!

Our family of 19 had a wonderful vacation. Had a great time swimming and boating. The kayaks and canoe were used on a daily basis. Plenty of space throughout the house and the older kids enjoyed the pool table at night. We had plenty of space to cook just about every night and all eat together since there is plenty of seating.

Great outdoor areas a screened in porch and a nice front porch, a comfy hammock. Kids had lots of fun in the water a great place for a family get together. Plenty of bathrooms

Fantastic family gathering place. House is amazing, the lake is perfect. We had 9 adults and 9 grandkids 16 to 5 and everyone had a ball. The preteens and teens road all over the island on bikes and used the kayaks daily. We rented a pontoon boat several days. Great dock. Couldn’t have been better. The owners are great people. We’re planning a return trip.

my new hubs and I had our hearts set on getting married on Sebago Lake, were I grew up. We needed somewhere that had it all - privacy, ceremony, yard, outdoor dinner, & room for 20 guests to sleep & stay. this property was so perfect. everyone got their own bedroom & space, even the kids got their own room, the private enclosed beach was so perfect for the 6 kids, & the dock easily stored our boat. I could go on & on. our family is already talking about coming back for my parents 40th in a few years. thank you Caitlin & Bob!

This is the best house I have ever stayed in for a family vacation - hands down. The layout of the house, the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the living spaces, the kitchen, the laundry room, the closets (best design ever for storing a lot of peoples stuff) the outdoor porches, the lawn, the beach, the dock - all honestly perfect. We had six couples and a pack of grown children ebb and flow over the week and it worked out for everyone. I also can't say enough about Caitlin and Bob. They helped us with a flat tire, came to my cousins rescue when he ran out of gas for his boat, got us additional owner rate ferry passes, and answered every question and need. Our family has been vacationing on Lake Sebago for fifteen years but had never ventured onto Frye Island - we LOVED it. The lake is always a winner with our group but this year pickle ball (a short walk from the house) almost beat out the lake it was so much fun. We played croquet and badminton on the lawn, road bikes and had massively competitive tennis and pickle ball matches every day. And at night the big kids all sat around in the den and played charades and some crazy game called werwolf and had a blast. A place that makes a group of 18-27 year olds want to come back is a winner every time - a truly truly delightful week. Thank you Caitlin and Bob for making it possible and we cannot wait to come back.

We had stayed in this house ten years ago and loved it. The house is amazing. The Lake is beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better setting for our 50th wedding celebration with all our kids and grandchildren.

This is the second summer we rented this property for our family which includes our three married children and our seven grandchildren. The house is perfect.....the size, the location, the amenities. You can't ask for a better home for a gathering of family or friends. Would love to return again.
