The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was polite and responsive. And the Artistry restaurant was very nice.

The reception staff were polite and helpful. I arrived late and left by 11 am. The apartment is spacious and bed linen were comfy for a good night sleep. It's walking distance to Sandton City and we managed to walk up and down in the morning and it was safe.

The price was decent with the advance booking
Bed and linen was so LUSH.
Room had air conditioning
Internet was good
Ample storage
They refreshed the room daily
The cafe down stairs had great coffee
The restaurant is a great amenity and it’s pretty… only had coffee
Complimentary water and coffee

Could be improved
- front access needs to be improved esp the step free access signage
- water pressure - not great
- there was lots of water puddles in the corridor, unsightly and falls risk
- need to consider having a space for having food from outside given its aparthotels
