It is close to a lot of restaurants and a big market and tram stops.
The pictures don't resemble what the room looks like because the interior is much older. The room is ok but could be more comfortable with a small couch or paintings. The check in onsite close at 3pm which is a bit ridiculous and they ask for a copy of your ID per email if you need a late check in. I'm not sure if you've heard of data protection but you're not supposed to send that information over email so i suggest you change the protocol to an encrypted way.

Location great, easy to get into city quickly in the AM. Lots of restaurants in area and a grocery store.
Some maintenance is required for the room I was in. The shower area needs attention: slow drain, missing face plate on the tap, tap handle not set (fell off). The kitchenette sink needs be fastened to the counter (loose). Music from the restaurant does come up into the room
