It's a great apartment and location, we felt welcomed and had a great time! The host is really nice and friendly. It is fully equipped, so you feel like at home. Spacious apartment, the kitchen really has everything! The balcony and the garage are of extra value. Friedrichshafen is a spectacular place.
The only thing I couldn't tolerate was the detergent smell, especially on the sheets and bed, so I slept on the couch. I wish hosts would take this into account as a hygienic norm (like hotels do) - to use only fragrance free and hypoallergenic detergents, and minimally. After all, it is the most crucial part if you cannot use the bed and need to use your own bed linens.

The apartment was well located and within walking distance to the main part of town. There was also a supermarket just a few minutes walk away. Commutation with the host was great and very helpful to our questions. Nicely decorated and comfortable. It suited us nicely.
Although there isn’t a laundry the laundromat was nearby though an iron to press the clothes would have been a food addition.

Gute Lage in ruhigem Wohngebiet, großer Balkon Ausstattung
Für die technischen Geräte, Fernseher, Backofen, Herd und Spülmaschine gab es keine Bedienungsanleitung und wir hatten damit so unsere Probleme.

Molto pulita e moderna (ho adorato le tapparelle a comando elettronico e il posto in garage per l’auto) inoltre è in una buona posizione per girare a piedi la città
