La proximité du centre, de tous les commerces nécessaires et des nombreux restaurants.
Appartement très confortable et bien équipé.
La climatisation aide bien car ouvrir les fenêtres à certains moment n’est pas possible.
L’insonorisation, côté séjour on entend les gens qui utilisent la court au RDC dans le bar adjacent. Dans la chambre, on a l’impression d’être dans la rue, un double vitrage ne serait pas du luxe.
Cependant je prioriserai la réfection du carrelage de douche qui semble fuir légèrement, pas de quoi inonder l’appartement mais reste gênant.
Ne pas oublier de se baisser au passage séjour/chambre si vous mesurez plus d’1m70, le plafond est très bas, mais j’ai réussi l’exploit de ne pas m’y cogner en 4 nuitées.

Si buscan descansar en silencio, quizás no es la mejor opción, ya que es un barrio con bastante movimiento Pero nosotros lo pasamos de diez. Muy recomendable

Incredible location, nice and spacious apartment with most things you need for a self catering stay. The apartment description on booking is an accurate reflection.
We overall enjoyed our stay and loved being walking distance from everything that we wanted to see and do in Florence. If you are not a fussy traveler, this place will do.
The room is unfortunately super noisy. Reading through other reviews with similar comments I assumed it was because many guests were light sleepers, but now I can confirm, it is a real challenge. This is an old apartment in the historic center, so the noise insulation is poor. On top of that, the bedroom faces the road with windows that do not properly close/seal. So you can hear what is happening outside as if you are standing on the street. Every conversation can be followed word for word. And since the location is so central, there is just lots of noise throughout the entire evening. We were able to solve this with proper earplugs, so ensure you pack some.
The apartment was also not super clean, e.g., the coach had some mystery stains on them.
