The exceptional hospitality and genuine care shown by the entire team, particularly Mr Salz and Ms Royce. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, from the thoughtful birthday surprise to the support provided when members of my family were unwell. The service consistently went above and beyond anything we could have expected.
Very little. The hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every respect and we cannot identify any significant areas for improvement from our stay.

We stayed at the Won Majestic for one night as a family of 12, travelling from Siem Reap to Koh Rong, and it was a very pleasant surprise.
Our stay started with an airport pick-up in a very luxurious and comfortable car. We had booked six rooms and were all accommodated together on the 18th floor, right by the swimming pool and gym, which was extremely convenient for our family.
The rooms were large, bright and spacious, and the hotel facilities were excellent for our short stay.
A very special mention must go to Kim Lakhang, Soun Mengheang and Phoung Visal, who were absolutely wonderful with our family. Their kindness, attention and warm welcome really stood out and contributed greatly to making our stay so enjoyable. Thank you to all three of them!
We had the buffet dinner, which offered good value for money and a good selection of food, and breakfast was also good.
Overall, an excellent one-night stop in Sihanoukville and much better than we expected. Comfortable, spacious, welcoming and very convenient before continuing to Koh Rong.

Very helpful people that make an amazing experience, to underline Royce and Visa always trying to make everything easier and better. Food excellent, good gym open 24 hours and an indoor pool with a astonishing view of the hay

الفندق رائع و اللوبي واسع و مريح
الافطار منوع و لذيذ جدا و العشاء بوفيه مفتوح منوع و عليه خصم للنزلاء 50% يعني ب 16 دولار امريكي فقط
اعطوني هديه من ادارة الفندق عند المغادره عباره عن كوب عليه شعار الفندق و حاطينه في علبه كشخه
و ايضا عطوني ترقيه للغرفه دون مقابل
موقع الفندق قريب من الكورنيش و قريب من الاسواق اللي على الكورنيش
و الغرف واسعه
و ايضا خذوني في جوله بسيارة الفندق اللوموزين دون مقابل
