The hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations! The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Its location near Štrbské Pleso is fantastic and it is also an ideal base for exploring the area by public transportation. The train station nearby provides convenient access to many other destinations. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again in the future!

location and the size of the apartment
breakfast was in another building, as well as wellness. They charged extra money for wellness, which I consider inappropriate for the 4 star facility of this price

Narrow way to underground parking. Difficult to park a big car.

We liked the Hotels Location and it was very new. Our room was also good, especially the beds were very comfortably. The tv and bathroom were Great.
Breakfast was only ok
We were disappointed with the old Bread, we had one day, it was obviously 1-2 days old.
We also found the loud music from the Kitchen disturbing during breakfast. Room service was not available despite our explicite request at the reception. During our 4 Night Stay, the room was not cleaned once.
