Квартира чистая и аккуратная. Подходит для краткосрочного проживания — на пару дней. Основные условия соблюдены, жилье соответствует описанию.
Для более длительного пребывания не хватает ряда базовых вещей. В ванной отсутствует держатель для душа. На кухне нет соли, сахара, масла, не хватает посуды и кухонных принадлежностей (например, лопатки для сковороды). Через два дня закончился гель для душа — такие вещи желательно предусматривать заранее. Расположение квартиры спорное — окна выходят во внутренний двор-колодец и на улицу, но держать их открытыми некомфортно. Это не вина хозяев, но влияет на общее восприятие. В целом, квартира подходит для непродолжительного проживания. При доработке отдельных моментов жильё станет более удобным и функциональным для длительного заселения.
