I loved that you had a whole Chalet to yourself with a full kitchen if you wanted to cook. You could log into your own Netflix or prime. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. Also you could book excursions and be picked up from the property.
It could have done with a bedside lamp my only small niggle.

Pool/ gardens - well maintained.
Breakfast tasty but limited choice
Bar/ restaurant staff pleasant.
Bedroom especially bathroom dirty and needed upkeep. Noisy AC, no bedside lights.
Had to request housekeeping on 2 out of our 4 night stay. Bedlinen stained and torn, not changed.
