La maison est bien située. Il faut compter 15 minutes à pied d'intramuros.
Elle est également joliment décorée et le baby-foot est un véritable plus pour les jeunes.
Néanmoins, nous avons été surpris par l'état de la propreté, notamment de la cuisine (plaques de gaz grasses grasses; et surtout le frigo et le congélateur très sale avec un énorme glaçon car non dégivré depuis certainement longtemps et la porte du congélateur cassée/ poubelle de la cuisine cassée. Il fallait lever le couvercle à la main.). De plus, la propreté du lit dans la chambre du bas était largement à désirer, le matelas ne semble pas avoir été nettoyé et désinfecté. Nous avons vu des petites bêtes sur les draps....
Étant donné le prix de la location et le standing sur l'annonce, nous nous attendions à une qualité irréprochable, notamment sur la propreté de la maison.

Le manoir a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût. L'atmosphère et ambiances sont très réussis. Son emplacement géographique est également un atout.
La rigidité des réponses automatiques reçues m'ont un peu surprise car elles ne reflètent pas les échanges avec notre hôte qui a satisfait toutes nos demandes d'aménagement d'horaires + Un peu court en linge de maison (torchons, serviettes dans les toilettes etc...).

The house itself is quirky and very well decorated. It has plenty of useful equipment, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, comfy seats and dining table. Excellent position for a 20 minute walk to the old town, and a short walk (7 minutes) to local services. Also only 5 minutes from the ferry.
Considering it has beds for 8 people, it really needs another shower rather than a bath with shower attachment in the bathroom. As others have pointed out, lots of mugs and cups were chipped - this is a health issue, we would throw them away at home, certainly wouldn't use chipped mugs when lots of people are also using them. Also, one mug handle simply fell off when picked up. Internet doesn't work, when I pointed this out I was told "it normally works". Unhelpful as I was hoping to work for a few hours. Worst point however, ants in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. We thought it was just a few, but when removing the linen there were ants in the bed. Also, the linen and tax costs should really be up front. The garage is small, we couldn't get a car in.
