Locationally it is remote but perfect to get away from everything. It is completed to a high standard and a great family get away location in our view. If it had little things such as a hot tub etc it would be perfect for a week.

The garden is not secure so if you have a dog you need to keep an eye on them so they dont wander off even though the road is extremely quiet, if this was sorted it would be great. The garden was quite overgrown but suspect that is due to time of year and the weather so not a massive negative.

The property is absolutely lovely - and well equipped (albeit the washing machine was plugged in but not PLUMBED in and still had bolts attached!). Property was really luxurious (will need a lot of upkeep!). Would be great for big family gathering - if you could all get up the hill and don't mind that you can't escape each other easily! Got food from garage at bottom of hill but supermarket is 25 min drive away.

Easy to get keys - as long as you can find the property! Directions leave you miles away and postcode is to neighbours. NO SIGN on house. Is up 3 mile steep one-track 'road'. Not for the faint hearted driver (rare passing points so a lot of reversing if meeting a car!) Location is REMOTE. You cannot walk anywhere from here either (dangerous!). Took couple of days to warm up house so if winter - be prepared for cold for a bit! TV oddly positioned and (necessary) fire does mean whole place smells of smoke (as open plan). Also - should be instructions on living with a septic tank (and bins in bathrooms!)
