Communication with the host was very efficient and easy; we had a problem with the battery in the remote for the air conditioning so while we were out for dinner a member of the team came to our apartment, replaced the batteries and left the air conditioning on so it was cold when we come back. This was all straight forward and easy to communicate. if you want to cook, there are more than enough pots, pans, plates and even oil and some seasoning. We enjoyed the coffee station being well stocked. The fridge was bigger than we first thought. It was very spacious and we felt very at home. The whole building felt very safe and quiet, particularly given the reputation Malta has for waking people up in the morning with fireworks!
When we checked in, we were told that we would be given a sponge in a day to do washing up; this was never provided. The shower water pressure and temperature were temperamental. While we intended to use the stairs, the lift was slow, and certainly does not have the capacity to carry two people and their bags up to the apartment in one trip, although it does work.

Spacious appartment and big new bathroom. Relatively close to the city center. The host responds fast
The mattress in the bedroom was not comfortable and combined with the noisy AC we couldn't slept well. Also part of the furniture needs refreshment.

It was filthy. The bed linens and towels were with strange spots, so it was really uncomfortable to use them. While staying there, we realised that dust is covering everything: bed, air conditioner, tv in the kitchen. So definitely this apartment needs a proper cleaning before hosting tourists and please change bed linen and towels
