A beautiful, airy, calming retreat from the summer heat and busy streets..Bags of character, superb location and incredible value for money - unbeatable at this price. We found it a perfect bolthole for discovering Paris. Victor was wonderfully responsive, kind and helpful eg with restaurant recommendations. Local supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and wholefood shop in easy walking distance. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Unfortunately the garden square outside was used as a place to hang out by a group of local boys in the evening - no trouble and felt perfectly safe coming and going, but they were rather noisy til after midnight. Otherwise location was really peaceful.
A bin in the bathroom and a mirror upstairs would be nice extra touches; also a bread knife! And there was no toilet paper when we arrived. But these are minor niggles - it's a great space;, go for it : ).

The location was near to bus and metro, several nice bars/ restaurants and supermarkets to by supplies.
The property was clean and basic
Owner was quick to respond regarding WiFi password.
We enjoyed our stay but think a few small touches could make it even better. More cups, glasses, plates, and bowls would be handy, and tumble-drying the towels would make them lovely and fluffy. The bed could be more comfortable and would benefit from extra pillows. Storing duvets in bags or on top of the wardrobe rather than on the floor would be more hygienic.
A little welcome folder with the Wi-Fi code, local restaurant tips, and supermarket details would be a great addition. A TV would also be nice for relaxing in the evenings. The sofa bed isn’t a true pull-out, so it’s not the comfiest for sleeping, but overall the property offered good value for the price and just needs a few finishing touches.

Open and Airy and very light
There was a lot of building noise in the neighbourhood below but we know you can't change that. A booklet with helpful tram/ tub/ tourist info would be very good.
Also good place to eat in the area

Lovely location with bars, restaurants and metro near by allowing easy access to central Paris
Some confusion regarding entry to the property as instructions sent when we were already in transit so when we arrived with no Internet available on the phone caused some delay. Maybe instructions being sent the day before could have stopped this from being an issue.
