It is a lovely bright apartment with cool seaside holiday vibe, decorated with a bit of vintage feel (which we loved). Nice sea view from both rooms. Well equipped for a comfortable stay including full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Very helpful and responsive host. Whole-heartedly recommend if you are planning to travel to Hastings/ St Leonards.
The shower is a bit awkward, with rather short hose, so it was a challenge for my tall men to wash themselves, but still we managed. Hot water supply is very good though! One more thing - as already written by previous reviewers - the approach to the property from the centre is not the most attractive, passing by the back doors and bins. However, we did find the way around that - from the promenade we walked along the front to the end of the building and then turned right, so only had to walk past several similar entry ways which was much more pleasant. Another way is to walk along the Norman Road and then down the stairs on the left, which bring you almost directly to the number 37.

great flat in a lovely location. We came to be nearby my daughter and her friends who were having her hen do at Cliffhanger house so it was a perfect location to be near but for us old Mums to have our own space too.
Would have been nice to have had a balcony or outside space but we knew it didn't when we booked and it is only 2 mins from the beach. I thought it was a bit dangerous if you had children as the windows opened right up instead of being on a latch and it was quite high.

Great location, beautiful aesthetically and a great base to explore the south coast.
Nothing it was perfect.
