The room was nice and clean
Locatiom was good
The hotel didnt have any staff helping with luggages
The lifts couldnt be used to go to other family members rooms as it only allows for you to go to your room and lobby and to meet family members you had fo come to the ground floor and see them there. Very inconvenient if you have a big family booking at the hotel
The lifts were slow which doesnt help

The swimming pool..
Location good.
Could not lock the door. . Problem not solved although reported on day 2
Was not clear that if you pay the security deposit by debit card, the refund is then organized by the agent. I mislaid the deposit receipt but have proof of payment from my bank.
