The location is quiet and close to the cocktail bars we were visiting this trip. The hotel is clean and well-kept, and the room has a nice scent. Love that it provided conditioner, and an ironing board in the room. The size was ideal - enough space for 2 cabin bags to be open at the same time. There is a dedicated work space area at the lobby which provided free light refreshments and snacks.
The pillows were too high/firm; would be good to have a soft pillow option. Access to the UNESCO area is a bit far to walk (Penang is hot and pedestrian access is tricky). The water station would be better if there was some way to clean the drinking vessels (ie. sponge & dishwashing soap).

The hotel was in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a wide selection.
The instructions to connect to the wifi could have been better.
