We liked the location - so close to the train station - just a five minute walk, a ten minute walk to a grocery store, and a twenty minute walk to intra-muros. We selected a large apartment and it was very spacious with a sitting room, full kitchen where we cooked breakfast in, and a separate bedroom. The bathroom was nice with a nice, big shower. The decor was very nice. We liked the contactless entry and it went off without a hitch. We had a car the first night and found parking right in front.
Since it was a multi-room apartment, it would be nice to have door stops to keep the doors open between the living and sleeping areas as otherwise they are spring hinge doors with a lot of tension and require opening two each time you move from room to room.

Good location - clean and tidy. About 5 mins cycle to town. Quiet neighbourhood.
Rooms little smaller than photos suggest and limited storage for clothes. No bike storage and also very noisy between floors in the building. The instructions to get to the property aren’t very clear as the map takes you to the back of the building.

The Cleaning person was very helpful, the only real person we met!
Tall building with no lift. Not suitable for older people or those with even slight mobility problems. Problems with automatic systems. Baggage drop code didn't work. TV didn't work or we couldn't get it to work! No-one on site so had to phone up about any problems.
