Antonio is absolutely amazing! He stayed in communication with me right through to check-in and was such a wonderful host.
We absolutely loved our room, the atmosphere and all the beautiful art. One of the highlights was the wonderful three-course breakfast Antonio prepared himself. Such a special touch!
We loved the whole feel and vibe of the place, and having the dogs around us at breakfast made it even more special. They are so sweet and incredibly well behaved.
It was truly an amazing experience and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much, Antonio and team, for making our stay so memorable! xx

Even if there was nothing else on offer in this lovely town you would be delighted by the vulnerable personal expression and professional service of 1 Royal Street Guest house.
The breakfast was a gormet experence, served with grace and attention to detail.
The art is a gift that makes it worth travelling there just for the accomodation itself.
Antonio was an incredible host.

The most wonderful experience staying at 1 Royal Street Guesthouse ! What a beautiful place in which the attention to detail and comfort is top priority. The most amazing breakfast , truly a '' theatrical " food experience ! Stunning gardens as well. Room decor and furnishings are beautiful.
